The firm’s principal also has substantial experience in negotiating and structuring television and radio broadcast rights agreements including exclusive rights and talent contracts.

We intimately understand the intricacies and nuances involved in putting together sponsorship, marketing and promotional opportunities. Athlete Representation & Management

The Firm’s Athlete Representation & Management practice is a developing practice area and will be focused on maximizing the opportunities available to its athlete and ex-athlete clients. Because each player will get the personal attention of the firm’s principal, each player's value will be maximized in all areas.

The firm relies heavily on its principal’s wealth of experience and access in contracts negotiations, marketing, and endorsement services in the professional sports arena.

We can represent athletes for endorsements, personal appearances, keynote and motivational speeches, infomercials, trade show appearances, celebrity endorsements, national spokespeople, clinics, sports and non-sports events, corporate meetings, and much more.

The firm’s principal has built solid relationships with national, blue chip corporations who advertise in sports. It is through these relationships that we develop marketing opportunities for our clients.

The firm is developing a particular expertise in assisting recently-retired athletes to take advantage of post-career economic and educational opportunities, including marketing and endorsement deals, degree completion programs, and general legal services.

Business Transactions

The firm's corporate Business Transactions practice concentrates on the negotiation and structuring of complex contractual arrangements entered into by small-, medium- and large-sized businesses and high net worth individuals.

The firm's principal has handled a wide array of sophisticated transactions for leading corporations and individuals in the retail, entertainment and professional sports industries.

The firm is capable of acting as general counsel and advisor to companies and their boards of directors, handling both day-to-day matters and significant transactions, assisting with regulatory filings and compliance matters and preparing and negotiating all manner of contracts.

We can work with clients in many areas, including commercial law, intellectual property, trademarks and copyrights, employment and labor relations, licensing and general business matters.

Governmental Relations

The firm's Governmental Relations practice concentrates on assisting businesses, organizations and individuals that find themselves face-to-face with a governmental challenge.

We provide effective solutions and create opportunities for clients seeking to influence government policy and decision-making on the federal, state and local levels.

The firm's principal has experience working on a number of governmental approval challenges and has gained valuable experience in finding effective solutions for clients.
